These JOUBERT 24 in. Super Duty Bungee Cords (4-Pack) feature an easy, finger-grip hook design. The hook is made of rust-resistant steel that is coated with hard plastic to protect surfaces from mars and scratches. The core of each cord is made of high-grade, all-natural latex rubber that maintains its elasticity and strength. The braid jacket covering the rubber core is made of premium polyethylene, a weather-resistant material.
