Details
This fixed self-flashing skylight features a 4-in flat flange and a built-in aluminum curb that is only 2-1/8-in high, making it one of the sleekest profiles in the industry. The skylight is completely assembled and includes installation hardware, so no additional flashing kit is needed. The tempered low-e argon glass is argon-filled and double insulated, providing maximum thermal benefits. It is approved for use by the Florida building code and the Texas department of insurance, but requires a minimum pitch of 2:12 or 9-1/2 degrees. The skylight also comes with a 20 year limited warranty.
