Details
The skylight comes with self-flashing and a 4-in flat flange, eliminating the need for an extra flashing kit. It also includes a 20-year limited warranty and comes fully assembled with installation hardware. The tempered low-e argon glass is double insulated for maximum thermal benefits, with a built-in aluminum curb that is only 2-1/8-in high, perfect for Florida building code and Texas department of insurance requirements. Please note that a minimum pitch of 2:12 or 9-1/2 degrees is required and it is not suitable for use on metal roofs.
